Style of Work
Please review photographer's portfolio on website and social media platforms prior to booking. Please ensure photographer's style aligns with your vision and needs. By booking a session you acknowledge that you agree to the creative approach and editing style showcased in photographer's portfolio.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
All booking deposits and payments are non-refundable. This policy ensures that your date and time are secured and compensates for potential lost opportunities.
Cancellation- If you cancel your session your deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling- If you need to reschedule session you must provide min of 72 hours notice of the scheduled date, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. Rescheduling requests made more than 5 days in advance will not incur a fee.
Packages and Image Delivery
Each Package will include a set number of professional edited images, delivered via an high resolution online gallery without watermarks. ***Please note that raw images are NOT provided***, as they do not reflect the final quality and artistic style we aim to deliver. If you would like additional images beyond the set amount included in your package you are more than welcome to purchase additional images at $15 per image.
Studio Information
This studio is a professional space. We kindly ask all clients and guest to respect the indoor and outdoor spaces with care and respect. Please supervise children at all times. You are limited to one additional guest outside of clients being photographed. You will be asked to remove shoes before entering the studio area to maintain cleanliness during children and newborn sessions.
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time is 7-10 days of selection. If you require rush delivery of your gallery we offer an expedited service for an additional fee of $100. Rush delivery galleries are delivered within 2 days.
Session Planning
To ensure availability and adequate preparation, bookings are recommended to be booked at least one month in advanced. Newborns should be booked while still pregnant, maternity sessions should be booked between 28-34 weeks, and Birthday Milestones should be done a month prior to birthdate. This helps provide the best possible experience. Please ensure you have planned enough time between turnaround time to receive images by desired date.
Arrival Guidelines
A 10-minute grace period will be allowed if you are running late, however any delays may result in a shortened session and rescheduling fees. Please arrive to session fully prepared, with hair and make up completed. Please have children dressed and ready. This ensures we can maximize our time together. Unfortunately there will be no additional time allocated for hair and make up adjustments.
